We’re hiring a Senior Director, Organic Growth to help us fulfill our mission. This is a full-time, remote-first position.

High Level

Reporting to the CEO, we’re looking for a Senior Director, Organic Growth to own the long-term financial success, innovation, and quality of our Organic Growth service line. You’ll oversee a team of 5 that we expect to double over the next 18 months.

You’ll lead the leaders: building the leadership and management muscle of your Group Directors. You’ll set the systems and strategic direction for our 4 organic offerings: SEO/GEO, CRO, Email/SMS, and Marketing Analytics. You’ll foster collaboration with our other service line, Paid Growth, to create the best outcomes for our clients across all services.

The right candidate is a marketer by trade. They have a deep understanding of the digital buying journey and curiosity about its future in an AI-first internet. They’ve led high-performing growth teams and can set a vision for how their team operates.
